Intercultural Training
Our intercultural training is unique. It is bespoke having each class designed specifically for the participants factoring in the cultural background of the rōpū (group). Because of this level of customisation, analysis is conducted ahead of time working with you and your organisation to identify key areas for training and exploration.
There is never an absolute perspective on one culture. People, as they go through all walks of life, experience different country or regional cultures, organisational cultures, family cultures etc. Our training classes encompass this in a bespoke and unique way.

Cultural Awareness Training
Depending on what outcome you would like to achieve, the training will be designed for the desired structure, participants and outcome. It could be that teambuilding is what you're after, leadership training, or cross-cultural awareness training across the organisation. After a thorough analysis of your needs, this course may also recognize your corporate culture and individual cultures in your organisation.

Culture Specific Training Aotearoa
Our course encompasses a multicultural country, with bi-cultural patterns with pre-dominant aspects of our unique Kiwi culture. There is currently no training on the market that covers Aotearoa, New Zealand as an originally bi-cultural country.
